Sparta Beef’s Spaghetti Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • 1kg Sparta Beef Mince
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packed flavoured potato chips (crushed)
  • Salt
  • Ina Paarman Tomato & Basil Pasta sauce

    Preparation

    1. Cook spaghetti and set aside
    2. Place the minced meat in a mixing bowl
    3. Season with salt
    4. Add the egg
    5. Add potato chips
    6. Mix together
    7. Roll mince in your hands to form meatballs
    8. Add olive oil to a heated pan
    9. Allow each meatball to brown in the pan
    10. Add pasta sauce
    11. Put the lid on and allow the meatballs to simmer for 20 minutes
    12. Serve on a bed of spaghetti
    13. Enjoy!
