  • 2 slices white bread
  • 250ml milk (125ml + 125ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1kg Sparta beef mince
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet Ina Paarman’s Tikka Curry Coat and Cook Sauce
  • 200ml coconut milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Soak two slices of bread in 125ml milk
  3. n a mixing jug, beat two eggs into 125ml milk
  4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil, Sparta mince and chopped onions
  5. Add a pinch of salt
  6. Stir until mince is cooked
  7. Add the Ina Paarman’s Tikka Curry Sauce into the pan
  8. Pour in the coconut milk
  9. Add milk-soaked bread
  10. Add the mince mixture into an oven dish of your choice
  11. Pour over the egg and milk mixture and add a bay leaf for flavour
  12. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
