Ingredients
This product is conveniently pre-seasoned with coarse salt, crushed black pepper and dried bellpeppers.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 150 ֯C.
Remove the meat from the packaging; put the meat into a casserole dish or cast iron pot.
Pour 750ml–1L of beef stock into the pot/casserole dish.
Cook covered for 3–3.5 hours.
Serving suggestion: Slice between the bones to eat as a ‘meaty finger’ or remove the bones and cut into slices. Accompany with mash and vegetables or make a delicious sandwich.
